To promote Warner Bros’ theatrical release of MORTAL KOMBAT, FlipTurn targeted the male college demographic with Mortal Kombat “Bros Night In” screenings across the country. On April 22nd we deployed teams of Brand Ambassadors to hand-deliver custom Mortal Kombat kits, set up the screenings and take photos highlighting the night’s events. In addition we partnered with local pizza shops who catered pizza to each fraternity delivering them in custom Mortal Kombat pizza boxes. Participating pizza restaurants posted the event and films release date to their social media platforms. Fraternity brothers were also encouraged to take photos in the Mortal Kombat gear & post to social media using @MortalKombatMovie and #MortalKombatMovie.
